It is in excellent like new condition. We purchased it new from Toys R Us 2 years ago and it has only been used by our 1 daughter. It has never been set up anywhere but on the carpet in our family room. It includes everything that came with it ( 12 pieces of track & charger), I cannot find the owners manual. It works as well as it did the day we bought it. It rides on the track on carpet, or any hard surface. When assembled, the track measures 77 inches in diameter. It has lights, train sounds, & plays Thomas music. This train made an excellent christmas gift for our daughter, but she has now outgrown it.
