It has 17 white strands spiraling on the surface of an opaque jet black base.  Unless otherwise noted, Shipping and Insurance for packages within the United States is $4.00 plus applicable insurance fees (included for free on purchases of $100.00 or less, $2.00 for purchases of $100.01-200.00, and $4.00 for purchases of $200.01-300.00; purchases above $300 will cost $1.00 per extra $100 or fraction thereof).
