This is NOT a reproduction toy of the original. It is the original. It is in excellent, undamaged, working condition. Wings open & close, jet makes noise, red lights flash brightly on jets, canopy opens & closes, rear wheels power it down the runway. Litho & decals are excellent. All tin & plastic parts are perfect nice including the tires. Battery compartment is super clean, as are the connections. This is a "MADE IN JAPAN" toy listed in Don Hultzman's book, COLLECTOR'S GUIDE TO BATTERY TOYS, copyright 2002, second edition. It is listed on page 70. It is a 1970 vintage toy made by the T-N Nomura Co. It has a rarity of 5 on a scale to 10 being the rarest, and a value of $420.00 in C-10 condition without the box. The box is in very good condition with only minor shelf wear. Included are all 3 of the original packaging inserts. This would make an excellent addition to any collector of military, Air Force, Navy, Marine, Boeing, TWA, Pan Am airplane toys.. Displays very, very, well.
