The two side factory seal stickers are broken. I am not the sets original owner but I am guessing the seals may have come undone just from the passage of time. Or maybe the original owner had opened it to check the contents. The box itself has some dents and creases. Since the factory seal stickers were already broken I opened the set to take pictures of the contents , as you can see the pieces themselves are still sealed in their plastics bags.
