Table arrives in one piece or two and you can connect the two tables and some track, it was easy."   You pick it up, take it home, and plug it in. Simple.  Layouts like this, that we have built, sold for well over $6,500. This layout has MTH Realtrax or Atlas track 0-31 and Lionel Fastrac 0-36;  Lionel, MTH parts and various other accessory manufacturers' items on it.  The metal legs can be folded flat underneath and can be adjusted to 3 heights when extended. The layout has 2 levels and a mountain and tunnel  what fun WOW! We cal also make the table with Ash wood legs to match the trim exactly and again look like a quality piece of furniture. We'll also make each one that is won on Ebay slightly different, so it is unique and or include any specific accessories or details that you request.P> Our layouts are complete and finished in furniture quality trim. (We can change some accessories for you if you want.) or change the track.  Some pictures show trim others do not because of when the picture was taken all will be trimmed The layout is made of 1" X  2" cross supports, 1/2" sanded plywood top, covered with Homasote, fully painted screwed down and glued.  The trim is Ash 1" thick by 4" wide and treated with 3 coats of stain and 3 coats of polyurethane.  The total width is 62"" and the length is 98" or simply approx. 5 feet by 8 feet. We do all sizes much bigger sizes available.  Please note, if you win the auction, it will take us approx. 8-12 weeks or more to build and complete your layout.  We will give you all the parts boxes, warranties and directions from the manufacturers as well as our simple explaining sheet to make sure everything operates as it should and you know how to do it .  Remember, except for the train and transformer the layout is complete: grass, trees, rocks, ballast, etc.  Buy it for FUN, or give a FUN gift to someone special, for any occasion.
