This layout has MTH Realtrax track 0-31 or Lionel Fastrac 0-36 or Atlas 0-31;  Lionel, MTH parts and various other accessory manufacturers' items on it.  The metal legs can be folded flat underneath and can be adjusted to 3 heights when extended. The layout is made of 1" X  2" cross supports, 1/4" sanded Luan top, covered with Homasote, fully painted screwed down and glued.  The trim is Ash 1" thick by 4" wide and treated with 3 coats of stain and 3 coats of polyurethane.  The total width is 50" and the length is 122" or simply approx. 4 feet by 10 feet.We do all sizes.  Please note, if you win the auction, it will take us approx. 8-12 weeks or more to build and complete your layout.  We will give you all the parts boxes, warranties and directions from the manufacturers as well as our simple explaining sheet to make sure everything operates as it should and you know how to do it .  Remember, except for the train and transformer the layout is complete: grass, trees, rocks, ballast, etc.  Buy it for FUN, or give a FUN gift to someone special, for any occasion.
