It is constructed of foam-based fake fur and feathers with a hard plastic mouth that is large enough to fit an adult hand.The mouth has a foam gripper and elastic strap so it will  fit a large hand or a small hand.  Put your hand into the head and hold the tail-piece with the other hand as it follows the head and neck but is not actually attached to it--thus it is a two-piece turkey!
