The checker board is in mustard and black, Canadian-style with a 12-by-12 square surface and generously gilt-decorated game piece pockets. The other side is a parchesi board in mustard with blue, green, maroon, and violet details and with matching gilt-decorations on the pockets. The condition of the paint is quite spectacular. This is a highly desirable game board, much larger than the usual ones and much more ornate in its details.
