Description Lionel Original #0000 WIX Prototype Boxcar. This is the real deal. I purchased this boxcar many years ago. Guaranteed to be an original Lionel Postwar Prototype from the late 1950's. Boxcar is painted gray over a white plastic body. The gray paint matches the color used on Lionel items made in the late 1950's. What is really special about this prototype is the sides are decorated different. It is actually two prototypes in one. The bottom has handwritten numbers, identifying each side.
