THE WEIGHT MUST BE INSTALLED, IT IS STILL IN IT'S PLASTIC POUCH, AND THE JEWLERS BAGGIE WITH THE CLASS DESIGNATION ON IT CONTAINS THE SCREWS FOR THE WHEIGHT AND MOUNTING THE COUPLERS OF YOUR CHOICE.  THAT PROOVES IT IS MINT IN IT'S ORIGINAL BOX WITH THE ORIGINAL FOAM.  BOX IS SHELF WORN THE WAY I GOT IT.
