I counted over 2500 pieces.You get all the pieces in the photo's. I will tell you about some of them: three piece train set times two, 24 tracks, 4 pieces of mountain needing two for a set, 20 roofs plus 11 more, 16 people, 7 horses, 3 straw bundles, 3 ladders, 1 blue slide, three water things for horses one yellow and two blue, 10 barrels green except one red, one teepee, three red fences, two red ladders, 3 signs, eight flags, green tree, 14 doors, 38 windows, 15 plastic chimneys of orange, yellow and blue, 2200 logs of various sizes, 62 sticks for roof 15 red wood stuff, 6 wood chimneys, 3 trees, 4 TNT red things, 6 doorways and more. There are a few items not Lincoln Logs like two Fisher Price western men and a few animals and maybe the big trees but they play well with this set. Most of this is wood and it made the boxes very heavy. I have two boxes ready to ship. Items are wrapped in many different packages ready to place under the tree.  I will mail next working post office day after payment is received. Someone is going to have a magical Christmas. This is great for family time.What fun the kids or the family will have! I don't think you'll find another set like this. Payment is expected ASAP only because I want to get this in the mail now.
