It measures a full 1 and 1/4 inches in diameter. It has a well defined net core, and outer bands that are pretty far below the surface. The glass in nice and clear. A good looking marble. It has been polished and there are a few partial moons remaining including one large one. Displays really nice and you just don't see them in this huge size very often.
