There is an answering machine in the office, so you can leave your name phone number and we will call you back as soon as we can. We combine shipments for auctions won in a three day period...and paid for all on one invoice....so please ask for a total if ebay system does not send you one or does and does not seem correct....We do not refund shipping costs...so ask for a combined invoice. If you want to choose UPS as your shipper, we ship every Monday for UPS. USPS goes every Wed. thru Fri. International bidders are welcome....you need to email us for combined shipments. We are not sure about the ebay system....it has so many choices and not sure we picked the right one. We will need your phone number for the shipment put on payment so we can ship quickly. All of our items are donated and are in used condition. We have 2-3 people who look the items over prior to listing and then of course we have 1-2 who pack and ship so...we think that should cover any imperfection that could be found and will disclose in all listing anything major and more than normal wear according to age....with that being said all sales are final.
