It is Made in Germany. It is made of tin. The condition is relatively good for the age of this item. The wind-up key is missing. The wind up mechanism does not work any more. I believe there is supposed to be a sail on it, but that is missing. The propeller does turn a bit. It is 8 inches long. Please ask if you have any questions.
