I do not list it as "new" because it has been in our home and is not in its original box. It is almost like new with the score sheets still in their shrink-wrap.  It was a display collectible and not a game we used and played.  There is a nick in the base of the display table.  It is visible in one of the photos.  There are about 2 small nicks in the 2 of the corners of the Scrabble game board. They are visible in the photo taken looking down on the game towards the front left corner, and back left corner. These nicks are just from moving.  We moved once since purchasing the game and display table. I have not tried to repair or use repair sticks on the nicks. The playing board set on its turntable base measures approx. 18 1/4"L. X 18 1/4"W. X 2 3/4" H. The pedestal display table stands 26 1/8" tall.  Top measures 20" square when closed and 30 1/4" when fully extended.  Some assembly may be required on the display table.
