We played this two times and packed it away in our smoke and pet free home. This set is in excellent condition, with very few small hardly noticeable scrapes on the table pedestal. It is complete with all the gold plated hotels, silver plated houses, gold plated game pieces, dice, chance and community chest cards and property cards which are in a leather like folder and of course instructions. Comes complete with all storage boxes. It is a very attractive piece and functional too. In the picture of the board it appears to be worn. It is not. It is just a reflection as I took the picture through the glass cover. This set is heavy so I will set the shipping cost at $92.00. I will refund any shipping charges not used for shipping. A $10 fee will be charged for handling. Insurance is $13.00 and recommended. As always there will be no charge for local pickup in the Myrtle Beach area.  Would make a super Christmas gift.
