This particular "CAT IN THE HAT" PROP is an Original Large purple gooey "SPOT" that splatters all over the curtains when the "Cat" makes his mess in the kid's living room! Of course, this is when he calls in "Thing 1" & "Thing 2" to clean up and they make an even bigger mess! As a TV & Movie DIRECTOR and a lifetime member of the Director's Guild of America, (D.G.A.) I am offering some rare props & collectibles straight from the set of Dr. Seuss' "CAT IN THE HAT," a funny, classic motion picture produced by UNIVERSAL STUDIOS, 2004, starring that great comic actor, MIKE MYERS. This very RARE PROP Screen Used SPOT & Piece of Original CURTAIN can be seen in many of the SCENES that were made by the prop department at Universal Studios....even though this gooey mess looks "wet," it's a dry rubberery purple material that photographs wet, looks great and makes the illusion work! Screen-used PROPS are very hard to find in the marketplace and are rarely ever made available to the public.
