Has all 6 original People including:  Big Bird, Bert & Ernie, The Count, Roosevelt Franklin, and Grover Extra Pieces include:  Sesame Street signpost, Mr. Hooper, Susan, Gordon, Cookie Monster, Sherlock Hemlock, Oscar the Grouch & Prairie Dawn   Condition I took a lot of pictures so you can get a good idea of the condition of everything--please view them carefully.  Box is in good condition--old tape has worn off so both ends are open, and I will let you decide how you would like to refasten them.  Clubhouse is in very good condition--decals look nice--no cracks--everything works.  The only flaw I can find is on the side of the building, there are a few marks--I am not sure what they are but the are small and they do not wipe off.  I took a picture of them for you. Pieces are all nice--signpost has a little wear on the lettering--characters are mostly in very good condition.  The only 2 with any major wear are Prairie Dawn--looks like she had been lightly chewed or scraped a little on her hair & face is a little light, and Grover is missing his face (why does Grover have so much trouble with his face?)
