This was a limited edition and is a very rare and hard one to find, especially in this condition and this loaded. It is in excellent, gently played in condition. It comes with lots and lots of extras and very hard to find pieces. This house is a very nice addition to the Fisher Price Loving Family sets. It is the exclusive dollhouse, with many many items that light up or have working parts or sounds. All are in fine working order. Fisher Price Special Edition Townhouse Dollhouse Fully Loaded with a family of ten, plus pets (Cat, 2 dogs & puppies); furnished home & 1 vehicle. All lights & sounds work! Lots of electronic lights and sounds. Open the roll-top desk to see computer screen glow! Kitchen has light-up fridge, stove and overhead light, plus ringing phone! Front doorbell rings and lamp lights up! Birds chirp in the garden when balcony door opens. Wall lamp lights up! The dining room/kitchen table also has 3 sides to it, a birthday party side, a turkey side and a Christmas side, with the tunes that go with the occasion. There are 4 animal pets, a cat, 2 dogs and the puppies with food dish and bone. There are 4 flower bed pieces, to the window flower pots, that hang under the outside windows. This is just a fantastic house with lots of extra added fun. There are lots of added extras for this house. Many of these pieces had to be purchased seperately, so it is an extremely loaded house. All are in great condition with only minimal to bare minimal wear. This house even has the side porch, with a plant and white chair with it. Most all pieces are actual Fisher Price and not just added in pieces, to make it look full. There are only a handful of pieces that aren't Fisher Price, but have been added and do add to the great fun this house offers. The back battery compartment door is missing. I have seen it sell seperately before on ebay, but the batteries fit very tight in it and don't fall out and I have always had that side against the wall anyway, so it doesn't even show and it never caused a problem at all. If it bothers you, you could always make a template for it or just purchase one when it comes up for sale on ebay. It doesn't affect it at all. This is a great gift to give any little girl for this holiday season or for any birthday or special occasion as well. This would make any little girl very happy. Measures 20 X 13 X 28 inches when closed . Fold easily for storage. Requires 3 D batteries, not included, for the house to light up and do all that it should. This package weighs over 30 pounds and is very large in size, so that is the reason for the expense in shipping. I am on the far northeast coast and the package will go as an oversized package.
