When it comes to shipping, small pieces are wrapped in bubble wrap and packing peanuts are used to help ensure a safe delivery. I personally hate having an item come to me that has been damaged in shipping due to poor packing and I end up with nothing and I am sure you do also. Shipping costs are not refundable by the insurance carrier so whatever you paid for shipping, you’re simply out that money. I do everything possible to prevent this from happening but we all know at times regardless on how well it is pack that it can happen. A REASONABLE HANDLING FEE is added onto the shipping cost to help defray the cost of Bubble Wrap and Packing Peanuts which in the past few months have skyrocketed in price due to the Fuel Prices. Photos are of the actual item you will be receiving.DESCRIPTIONSesame Street is a 2-story apartment building with a grey plastic base and a brown roof. The apartment building has 2 sides (green & orange), and the building opens in half to access the inside of each building half. The green building half has a white hinged carry handle on top for portability after play. The yellow building has a claps on top that the handle attaches to allowing the building to stay closed when not in use. The two halves are connected together with a real blackboard that serves as the wall that joins the two halves of the swing-open play set.Opinions about condition differ.... Toys that have been played with usually have normal play-wear... rarely mint condition. Please expect to find surface wear/markings consistent with age, use and storage.This set will come to you in gently play with condition. No chips or cracks to the plastic can be found or even to the latch and carrying handle which many have. The lithos still have great coloring with no rubs and only very minor bubbling to some floors. The blackboard is in good condition.
