On most items such as this the Plastic and Litho’s have been wiped clean before shipping. When it comes to shipping, small pieces are wrapped in bubble wrap and packing peanuts are used to help ensure a safe delivery. I personally hate having an item come to me that has been damaged in shipping due to poor packing and I end up with nothing and I am sure you do also. Shipping costs are not refundable by the insurance carrier so whatever you paid for shipping, you’re simply out that money. I do everything possible to prevent this from happening but we all know at times regardless on how well it is pack that it can happen. A REASONABLE HANDLING FEE is added onto the shipping cost to help defray the cost of Bubble Wrap and Packing Peanuts which in the past few months have skyrocketed in price due to the Fuel Prices. Photos are of the actual item you will be receiving.DESCRIPTION This clubhouse is a white building with lots of fun activities to keep the accessory characters busy. A crank on the side of the building makes Big Birds on top of the building spin, and activates a moving walkway. When figures stand on the moving sidewalk it takes them to the edge then dumps them down the curled red slide. The front of the building has a set of stairs that leads to a trap door that sends the accessory figures down a chute and out the side of the building. The front also has a green door, a black plastic tire swing attached to a horizontal spring post, and a blue flip-up lid that allows children to peek inside of the clubhouse. The flip-up lid and the tire swing are often broken or missing entirely. The back of the building has a green revolving door and an attached yellow merry-go-round. All of the accessories, except the figures, are exclusive to this set.Opinions about condition differ.... Toys that have been played with usually have normal play-wear... rarely mint condition. Please expect to find surface wear/markings, possible staining, etc. which are consistent with age, use and storage. Any serious flaws have been noted, otherwise consider to be OK.The overall condition of this set is Very Good. No chips, cracks or breaks to the plastic, all the lithos are free of bubbling and the roof litho does show very slight wear, all mechanism work as they should and the set is complete.
