THE SET INCLUDES ALL OF THE FOLLOWING: 1.  ONE LBG BOOK WHICH TELLS YOU ABOUT THE LGB TRAINS AND WHICH TRAINS THESE SMALL MODELS WERE MADE AFTER. 2.  ONE ORIGINAL LGB ORDER FORM FROM THE TOYSTORE WHERE IT WAS ORIGINALLY PURCHASED YEARS AGO. 3.  PART 2018 D (shown in picture no. 1) - THE AMERICAN MOGUL TENDER LOCOMOTIVE NO. 18 OF THE DENVER SOUTH PARK & PACIFIC RAILROAD:  Description:  Colourful locomotive with cow catcher, highly polished "brass" fittings and large spark arrester smokestack for wood-fired locomotives.  Fitted with smoke generator, a cartridge of smoke generating oil is included, (refill with LBG-Smoke Generating Oil 5001).  The large Western-style locomotive lantern remains brightly lit regardless of the locomotive speed.  Fully equipped driver's cab complete with train driver.  A true-to-original coupling is fitted to the front of the locomotive.  This is essential because, in America, all narrow gauge locomotives are turned around in the terminus either on a turntable or via a track triangle.  A switch is incorporated for selection of the following modes of operation:  Off.  Standing with light and smoke.  Drive operation with light and smoke.  Finely detailed twin two-axled bogies, log loaded tender complete with stoker LGB-Coupling on tender.  L: 665 mm , W:  3400 g.  Colors:  Red and Green and gold. 4.  PART 4059:   (shown in picture no. 2) - 8 Wheel Car Transport Wagon:  Description:  8-wheel car transport wagon as used in various forms, for example on the Rhaetian Railway.  Side railings and neutral lettering:  "LGB Express".  Fixtures for two model cars.  Loaded with two Mercedes 190 E models.  (Diecast metal models, openable doors, LGB registration plates).  Folding checkered metal ramps with yellow and black warning stripes, the cars can be loaded via a loading ramp.  A number of car transport wagons together with the appropriate tourist coaches may be coupled together to form an impressive train.  L:415 mm. 5.  PART 4040B:  (shown in picture no. 3) - Black British Petroleum Tank Car w/ 2-Axle: Description:  LGB - Tank Cars can really be filled.  BP tank car.  Black tank and lettering of the "BP Mineral Oil Company".  The filling caps of all tank cars are fitted with latching devices.  The tanks can be filled with water and emptied via the drain cocks and handwheel valves.  Filling platforms with railings and ladders.  Finaly detailed chassis.  A set of adhesive labels is included for individual lettering.  L: 300 mm.  6.  PART 4065:  (shown in picture no. 4) - The Rio Grande 4-wheel red Caboose: Description:  The living and working quarters:  4-wheel caboose, painted in bright red with the name "Rio Grande" in white.  Numerous seperate fittings, such as:  gilded weatherproof handrails, shunter's platform with handbrake wheel, roof catwalks and chimney.  L: 300mm. 7.  PART 4011:  (shown in picture no. 5) - 2-Axle 6 hinged doors /  3 Hatch Orange Gondola Wagon: Description:  Covered gondola with operable hatch flaps.  A replica of the original Upper Rhine Railway covered gondolas.  6 Hatch flaps may be opened individually.  This type of wagon was used to transport bulk goods which had to be kept dry.  L:  300 mm. 8.  PART 4074:  (shown in picture no. 6) - U.S. Pabst Beer Car Yellow 4-Axle: Description:  8-wheel beer reefer of the Pabst Brewery.  Double winged openable loading doors with finely detailed hinges.  Imitation ice loading hatch-doors on the roof.  Multi-colour painted and finely designated.  L: 415 mm. 9.  THREE SETS OF PART 1100:  (shown in picture no. 7) - 12" Curved Track with 12 pieces (35 PIECES IN ALL - Missing one curved track): Description:  Curved track section.  Radius 1 (R1) 30 Degrees.  12 of these complete a circle.  Curvature is identical to that of the switches 1200 N and 1205 N.    10. TWO SETS OF PART 1000:  (shown in picture no. 8) - 12" Straight Track with 12 pieces (24 PIECES IN ALL): Description:  Straight track 1/1. I have a load of more pics if you need to see them, contact me.  All sets are in their own box.  The set is practically antique and the toys are used.  I will not refund.  I do my best for accurate description.  Beautiful train set.  I wish I could purchase it for my little boy.  I was not allowed to remove the toys from their box for inspection becuase it was really difficult for her to originally get them back into their box.  That was almost 15 years ago.  She originally paid about $1200.00 for the set.  Although, the seller insured me that there were no broken latches or doors or anything.  She said one of the windows used to be loose on the caboose but it looked like it was back in and it's not missing.  These were originally built by LGB to be used as a sturdy indoor and outdoor all and any-weather train set.  This meant the trains kept chuggin outside even through snow.  Very sturdy train set.  German-built.  The boxes were in wonderful condition and still had a shine to them.  Please email me for more pics or if you have any questions.                    Place a Bid!
