This wooden blue child's toy horse is a Hollywood Hobby Horse. We have another one which we are offering concurrently with this listing so that a buyer can choose to purchase one or both. They are identical in size and style. He measures 32 1/8" tall by 21" long by 13 1/2" wide. He does not have a label but he is obviously a Hollywood Hobby Horse. Click here for information about Harold Lloyd's Hollywood Hobby Horses. His legs are made from a multi-layered laminated wood. He has remnants of black rubber ears attached to the top of his head. His tail is made of straw. The overall condition can be seen well in the photos that accompany this listing. The paint is all original in choice condition except for the area on the side of the rocker and the side of the foot. His face is amusing as would be expected of a toy created by Harold Lloyd. It is apparent that he was indeed played with as there are signs of use. The horse's weight is about sixteen pounds (before adding packing materials).He has some flaws. The legs are made of multilayered laminated wood. At the side of one foot this horse is missing a top layer of wood that measures 3" by 4" and then a 1" by 1 3/4" piece of the layer beneath that. We have found the black rubber tread that is shown as missing on one pedal in the accompanying photograph. We are going to glue it back on to the pedal. So the rubber tread is present for both pedals. There is some loss to the blue paint on the side of one rocker as can be seen in the photos.
