It is missing its hupcaps,hood ornament, bumper and headlights.  2. There are a few nuts and bolts that have been replaced with new. 3. Three of the four fenders had a layer of paint on them.  One was left alone.  I was able to remove 85% of the paint, leaving the orignal red fender paint. 4. I believe the outside frame of the windshield is original.  The lower part fo the frame has been replaced.  The entire thing was painted silver.  This silver paint has been partially removed or worn down to a point you can see original metal with silver paint.  This was done by another. 5. One splash apron has been replaced. It is correct in size, shape and structure. Good Stuff: 1. Yes, the wheels are original to the car.  In 1928 the identical car had solid wheels and a different hood ornament.  In 1929 they put the super rare wires and differant hood ornamnet on this model.  I have a copy of the catalog to prove my information. 2. The body is all original paint and graphics.  The dash plaque is in place and in mint conditon. The shifter is there as well as the steering wheel.  The steering wheel ring is a replacement but the spider, shaft, steering mechanism, pedals, rods and rearend are all orignal.
