For your viewing pleasure, I've provided plenty of pictures for you to determine condition. The camera I use picks up the hair on a fleas bottom. This is new to the market and doesn't have any restoration or cleaning work done to it. The rust appears to be surface.  Please let me know if you need more pictures. The wheels move and nothing appears to be locked up.    Please see all of my other great items up for auction.
