Box measures 10 7/8" x 4" x about 3/4". Grey Iron mounted soldiers measure about 1 7/8" x 1 3/4" at base. Diecut cardboard back has colorful WWI scene, it is a little faded. Back of the cardboard shows the different sets available including one with a monoplane. The interior of the lid has a piece of paper lithographed with the same scene, it is still very bright. The paper that is covering the cardboard box has some missing pieces and tears. 3 of the corners of the box lid have been glued and one end appears to have been separated at the fold and glued back. Back of cardboard diecut has a patent date of 1917. Set has never been played with.
